We are seeking a talented Junior Product Developer to join our team at Success Talent, a leading lifestyle brand in the apparel industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist and support the Product Developer with day-to-day duties, ensuring seamless product development and production.
  • Amend CAD Overviews, CAD drawings, or tech packs as required, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure products are produced to desired quality, meeting customer expectations.
  • Coordinate raw materials, trims, and production in a timely manner, minimizing delays.
  • Approve lab dips, print strike-offs, and embroideries at the proto stage, guaranteeing accuracy.
  • Measure and prepare samples, making notes related to products, and prepare samples for customer meetings.
  • Liaise with factories and Garment Technicians on a daily basis, fostering strong relationships.
  • Verify fabric qualities, colors, embroideries, prints, trims, and labeling/packaging before production begins.
  • Assist in critical path management and attend meetings with the Operations team, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Send out PP/shipment samples to buyers for approval or reference.
  • Organize sample rails as per orders, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
  • Update the sample tracker/production approval status, ensuring accurate records.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of product experience in apparel is required to apply for this role.
