Your Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Senior Bids Executive within our proactive Marketing team.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in helping the Firm secure new business by collaborating with the Bids Manager to effectively manage the bids process. You will engage with various legal teams throughout the Firm, primarily focusing on the public sector, while also contributing to private sector pitches and credentials documentation as needed. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the lead attorney and the broader bid team to formulate a successful strategy that clearly articulates our value proposition.
  • Gaining comprehensive knowledge of Michelmores' full range of services.
  • Crafting persuasive bid content that aligns with our communication style.
  • Completing pre-qualification and selection questionnaires.
  • Preparing attorneys for interview stages.
  • Conducting tender analysis and reporting.

Who We Seek

We are looking for an individual who resonates with our values and can thrive in our culture. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in bid writing.
  • A solid understanding of public sector tender processes.
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Desirable experience in professional services.
  • Experience contributing to tender pricing strategies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
