About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team at Marsh Commercial, a leading provider of insurance, risk management, and employee health and benefits advice and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Account Executives to retain and generate new business by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
  • Strive to meet sales goals by partnering with Account Executives to provide exceptional client service and drive growth.
  • Manage all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
  • Perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks, reviewing loss experience, cash flow, and financials, developing solutions, articulating impact of options, leveraging prepared analytics, and making recommendations to clients across product lines.
  • Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards to better serve clients.
Requirements
  • Commercial Insurance is essential, with a background in handling or underwriting.
  • Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment.
  • Articulate with strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
