Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate teams of up to 60 stock counters to deliver high-quality stock taking services
  • Develop and implement effective stock taking processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor and report on stock taking performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a stock taking or inventory management role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to travel to different client sites
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel
