About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our bank team. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work across Hull and East Yorkshire, providing adult speech and language therapy in a variety of community settings.

Main Responsibilities

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating clients with a range of conditions, including neurological disorders, voice difficulties, stammering, frailty, and respiratory conditions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.

Requirements

  • Current HCPC professional registration
  • Current RCSLT membership
  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Postgraduate dysphagia qualifications and/or evidence of competence at the highly specialist level on the RCSLT dysphagia competencies
  • Educated to Masters Level or Masters level/Post Graduate modules supplemented by specialist accredited training and experience in specialist field(s)

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Completion of training to be a certified LSVT clinician
  • Advanced/expert clinical qualification
  • Teaching qualification or equivalent experience
