Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business development initiatives. As the General Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for the sales strategy and business development of our products and solutions across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) and lead the sales strategy.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role, ideally within the electrical power solutions or automotive sector.
  • Sound electrical engineering knowledge.
  • Demonstrated success in managing P&L responsibilities and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
