Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead our construction projects in the Healthcare sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.
  • Manage project governance, processes, and systems to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Plan and manage project quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
  • Establish effective project planning, including the production of detailed project plans.
  • Advise on procurement of resources and lead the cross-functional project team.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques to improve project performance.
  • Manage change control, project finances, and project information flow.
  • Ensure the production of formal project progress reports and interface with clients and consultants.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience managing Healthcare projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
