**Job Description:**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a thriving school. The Centre Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various administrative and logistical aspects, as well as promoting a positive and supportive environment for students, staff, and parents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the overall management of the school's centre, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise centre staff, including administrative personnel, receptionists, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with academic staff and department heads to support the implementation of educational programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors by implementing health and safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the school community, promoting teamwork, respect, and mutual support.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Proven experience in school administration, centre management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Commitment to the school's mission and values, with a passion for education and student welfare.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work well independently and as a team.
  • Passion to support and empower children and young people.
  • DBS on the Updates Service or willing to obtain one.
  • Commitment to safeguarding students and young people.
