About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transactional Finance Manager to join our client's finance team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a successful finance team that oversees the full breadth of transactional finance, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, treasury, and credit control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement process improvements and ensure best practices are maintained to drive productivity and team morale.
  • Manage a shared service centre finance function, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, treasury, and credit control.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.
  • Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Requirements
