Lead Financial Expert

Career Concept is a dynamic and innovative company in the Financial Services sector.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on a key leadership role and drive financial growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in creating financial reports and analysis, leading strategic planning and budgets, and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws, including those related to insurance, mortgages, loans, and finance.
  • Advanced degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent professional certifications (e.g. CIMA, ACCA).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
