About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy across the UK. This is a critical position that requires a strong understanding of the sales landscape and the ability to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to gain a deep understanding of our business, products, and strategic objectives.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities to enhance our brand visibility and sales.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership with experience in handling major retail accounts, preferably in the bathroom industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, with a focus on winning new business and expanding market presence.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving growth and establishing strong business relationships.
