Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including storage, wash-up, and back corridors
  • Operate the dishwashing machine effectively and safely
  • Control stock levels of kitchen cleaning materials and supplies
  • Support the Executive Chef and kitchen team in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Assist with vegetable preparation and other food preparation tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a high-quality hotel or restaurant
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and good timekeeping
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
