Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at our Kilbagie Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new sales, managing ongoing orders, and developing strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Process customer orders and provide accurate order confirmations
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with operations and support functions to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services
Requirements
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Knowledge of the construction industry and our products would be an advantage
