Role Overview

The Position.

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will deliver an outstanding level of personalized service to our clientele, utilizing your extensive product and brand knowledge to inspire and exceed customer expectations. You will mentor and develop team members, ensuring adherence to brand standards and the completion of all operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities.

  • Deliver a premium shopping experience to all customers, showcasing exceptional product knowledge and expertise in luxury goods.
  • Confidently demonstrate and apply products to customers while making tailored recommendations to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive and meet individual and team objectives, taking accountability for your sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
