Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs and behaviours
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with individuals with complex needs and behaviours
  • Ability to work alternate weekends and flexible shifts
  • Valid driving licence or experience of working with complex needs and behaviours
