PCB Design Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PCB Design Engineer to join our team at ACS Performance. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing printed circuit boards (PCBs) for high-voltage power supplies and control electronics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design PCB layouts, electrical schematics, and electrical diagrams
  • Assist in mechanical design and support Manufacturing Engineering
  • Develop and maintain PCB libraries and the DCC drawing system
  • Ensure adherence to Company quality, environmental, and health and safety management systems
Requirements:
  • HNC or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Proven expertise in PCB design (preferably to IPC Standard) and mechanical design
  • Proficiency in CAD packages for PCB and mechanical design (experience in Cadstar, eCadstar, Board Modeller, Inventor, and AutoCAD is a distinct advantage)
