Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Executive to join our team at Cover-More Blue Insurance. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and messaging, providing advice and assistance on policy coverage, administration, and claims.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet call quality and quantity KPIs, handling administrative tasks and managing ticket queries responses within expected hours.
  • Escalate complaints to management if unable to resolve, ensuring seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to assess information quickly, with attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions when required.
  • Flexibility with shifts, including weekdays and occasional weekends/bank holidays, as required.
