About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our land capabilities development efforts at TEKEVER. As a key member of our Defence team, you will be responsible for driving the generation of novel product ideas that address critical needs for NATO land forces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver land domain capability concepts for UAS and autonomy, with an initial focus on support to fires;
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with land capability branches, R&D institutes, and operational units across priority NATO countries;
  • Generate new and novel product ideas applicable to the land domain;
  • Act as the sponsor and project manager for land capability projects within TEKEVER;
  • Deliver specialist land domain advice to other areas of the TEKEVER business;
  • Support the wider TEKEVER Defence business as required.
Requirements
  • Service with a NATO Ground Force in a relevant branch or equivalent experience within defence industry or government agency;
  • Proven leadership experience of a cross-functional team including technical staff;
  • Proven experience of driving new and novel approaches to problem solving in a defence context;
  • Understanding of land warfare doctrine and employment concepts.
