We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Lincoln. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering outreach support to our customers with mental health conditions, enabling them to live the lives they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care and hygiene, medication administration, and support with daily living tasks.
- Support customers with preparing and cooking meals, attending medical appointments, and engaging in social activities.
- Keep accurate records and update care plans as required, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive support service, promoting independence and well-being.
- Full UK/International driving license and access to a vehicle, with mileage paid at 0.45p per mile.
- Ability to work every other weekend and flexible hours to meet the needs of our customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of supporting individuals with mental health conditions and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.11 (inclusive of holiday pay) or £11.70 (exclusive of holiday pay).
