Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our team at People First. As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing credit evaluation reports for various credit products, conducting financial and non-financial risk analysis, and identifying key risks and mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide credit evaluation reports for various credit products, including transactions, financial and non-financial risk analysis, and credit recommendations.
- Assist in the implementation of credit risk appetite, credit policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with credit policies.
- Provide effective challenges and guidance to proposals from the Front Office, and draft and present credit opinions to the Credit Committee.
- Conduct post-lending management work, including monitoring credit ceilings and exposures, and ensuring loan performance and covenant compliance.
- Perform credit review and research of industry and customer-related information for new proposals and existing customers.
- Monitor industry and sector trends, and counterparty risks for early warning signals.
Requirements:
- Possesses solid work experience in credit review area in Commodity Finance.
- In-depth knowledge and deep understanding of risks and mitigations across different industries, countries, and clients' types.
- Business and economy-related know-how, and excellent financial analysis, projection, and stress test skills.
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills, and a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude.
What You'll Be Doing Each Day:
- Providing credit evaluation reports and conducting risk analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborating with the Front Office to provide effective challenges and guidance to proposals.
- Presenting credit opinions to the Credit Committee and ensuring compliance with credit policies.
- Monitoring credit exposures and loan performance to ensure covenant compliance.
- Conducting credit review and research to support business decisions.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
