We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Realise UK. As a key member of our Adult Learning team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our training programs across the Liverpool City Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of trainers to ensure they are fully supported in managing their caseloads and liaising with partners across the region.
- Work in community settings to assist with the recruitment of learners, ensuring excellent quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with our quality team to ensure delivery is appropriately supported and responsive to quality actions, achieving a high standard of delivery.
- Provide and promote excellent customer service with internal and external customers, addressing concerns in a timely and responsible manner.
