Field Service and Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

CV Library is seeking a skilled Field Service and Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Field Service and Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting a leading technology organization in the deployment and installation of new PCs within a major supermarket chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend site locations to identify PCs and swap out existing PCs for new ones
  • Locate printer switch ports and pass details to remote IT contacts
  • Complete testing and troubleshoot any issues
  • Package legacy kit for removal from site

Requirements:

  • Experience in PC deployments and installations
  • Knowledge of IT and EPOS systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, day work, with occasional overnight stays required. Travel will be involved, and hotels and meal allowances will be provided.
