Procurement Operations Manager

Position Overview: As a Procurement Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Purchasing for Non-Food and Drink categories, while also enhancing your expertise and experience within the procurement sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with external suppliers, emphasizing the importance of effective relationship management.
  • Contribute to a diverse range of projects, ensuring their successful execution.
  • Oversee purchasing and commercial agreements/contracts with the supplier network to secure optimal arrangements for the organization.
  • Focus on non-commercial contracts, including those related to Property, IT, HR, and Finance.
  • Prepare and present inputs for monthly procurement reviews and board submissions.
  • Ensure that all product and supplier information is accurate, current, and readily available.
  • Collaborate closely with the Legal team to establish effective contractual agreements.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and connect across functions to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Work alongside the Head of Purchasing on tenders and negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in procurement, particularly in property or other indirect procurement fields.
  • Strong commercial acumen and numerical proficiency.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and in full.
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality sector, contributing to memorable experiences for guests.
