As a Data Solutions Strategist, you will work closely with our sales and delivery teams to understand clients' business and data challenges. You will partner with clients to identify opportunities, develop data maturity plans, and oversee the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client needs and expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and advocacy levels
  • Identify commercial opportunities within clients and help shape them
  • Attend client meetings and presentations to support building strong client relationships
  • Oversee project delivery and ensure successful outcomes
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints, resolving issues and reporting progress

Requirements:

  • Experience in data analytics/data warehousing projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network and build relationships with clients
  • Commercially aware with good business acumen and financial awareness
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, up to and including senior manager or director level
