Operating from various locations, including remote settings and client sites, you will support real estate clients in their efforts to decarbonise their property holdings. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Evaluating Commercial Properties

- Conducting Building Performance Analysis and Modelling
- Offering recommendations for carbon-neutral property portfolios
- Designing Mechanical & Electrical Services
- Overseeing the integration of green technologies

The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering

- Proficiency in IES Virtual Environment software

- Confidence in engaging with clients
