Job Title: Crane and Lifting Equipment Specialist

Job Summary:
Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a skilled Crane and Lifting Equipment Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining, servicing, and repairing heavy machinery, as well as knowledge of LOLER and PUWER regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and service heavy machinery, including cranes and lifting equipment
• Inspect equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of heavy machinery

Requirements:
• HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Marine, or Automotive Engineering
• Significant experience in maintaining, servicing, and repairing heavy machinery
• Knowledge of LOLER and PUWER regulations
• Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions on equipment condition and future use
• Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence customers
