Quantitative Analysis Associate Program

Citi is seeking talented individuals to join our Quantitative Analysis associate program within the Markets team in London. This program offers opportunities in the Quantitative Analysis group, along with Structuring or Exotics Trading desks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement, and manage mathematical models used within Markets
  • Price, trade, and manage the risk associated with markets products
  • Work with traders and salespeople in technical product areas to assist with addressing client needs
  • Develop new products consistent with the firm's risk framework
  • Market new products to salespeople and assist in selling to clients
  • Respond to client-specific requests for product solutions

Requirements:

  • Double Masters or PhD in Engineering, Maths, Physics, Computer Science, or other scientific disciplines
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to work efficiently within team environments and as an individual contributor
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Desire to work in a demanding and ever-changing environment
  • High levels of self-motivation and initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects
