Position Overview: We are seeking a Territory Sales Executive (f/m/d) to become a vital part of our PharmBIO market-focused team across EMEA. In this capacity, you will be tasked with driving immediate revenue while also cultivating a robust pipeline for enduring growth that meets or exceeds PharmBIO's segment market expansion rates. Collaborating with product experts, strategic marketing, and sales leadership, you will formulate and implement account strategies aimed at achieving significant revenue growth.

This role is designed to be remote, allowing you to operate from your home office in various locations throughout EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement sales strategies and tactical initiatives that ensure year-over-year sustainable and profitable revenue growth. Build a pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead qualification at both existing and new accounts to enhance revenue and market share; meet quarterly and annual revenue targets. Identify, engage, and foster relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to influence customer choices; maintain a network of relationships with key clients and industry leaders to create new business opportunities. Effectively articulate and influence how Gore's resources can optimally support the customer purchasing process (e.g., mobilizing Product Specialists and Business support). Assess market competition, trends, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics to uncover new opportunities and build our customer pipeline. Collaborate with both internal and external teams to devise account-specific strategies and ensure alignment with PharmBIO's business objectives. Provide valuable insights into customer needs, purchasing behaviors, and requirements, translating this knowledge into unique, winning solutions. Act as a subject matter expert on how Gore's distinctive PharmBIO products address significant challenges for our customers. Utilize your expertise to assist Gore in securing opportunities within the biopharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Efficiently utilize Gore's sales tools to construct your sales funnel, advance opportunities, manage accounts, accurately forecast, and capture critical business information. Engage in industry networking and conference events to gain market insights and further enhance Gore's credibility and recognition within the industry.

Required Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree along with five years of market-facing/commercial experience, particularly in regulated markets. A background in Pharma bio-processing markets is highly preferred. Proven skills in prospecting, qualification, and closing sales. A demonstrated history of achieving exceptional sales results, including identifying new opportunities and converting leads into revenue. Ability to comprehend, navigate, and sell within highly technical markets, with a technical degree being advantageous. Self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively across various functions. Resourceful and innovative in developing contacts, advancing in the customer purchasing process, and generating early sales of new products. Flourish in a new business environment with sales experience and a successful track record of converting leads with a high win rate. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with team-building, prioritization, multitasking, and negotiation abilities. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
