About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our Children's Diabetes Team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide high-quality psychological services to children and young people with diabetes and related health conditions, and their families.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessment and intervention to children and young people with diabetes and related health conditions, and their families.
- Develop and deliver group work programs to support children and young people with diabetes and related health conditions.
- Contribute to staff training and development, and provide consultation and support to multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in service evaluation and audit, and contribute to the development of new services and programs.
- Provide supervision and support to undergraduate placement students and clinical psychologists in training.
