Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product regulatory activities to ensure compliance with chemical control laws for global markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies/programs to ensure compliance with required chemical control laws.
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expert knowledge of chemical control regulations to the team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Toxicology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a regulatory discipline or relevant industrial experience.
  • Good knowledge/experience in chemical regulations such as GHS, CLP, REACH.
  • Experience working in a role related to chemical regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in hazard classification and labeling for a variety of chemicals.
  • Knowledge and experience of regional REACH requirements.
  • Experience with SDS software such as Almego (desirable).
  • Proven track record in project management and a results-driven approach.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a global team environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively for both self and the organization.
