Science & Technology Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for leading product regulatory activities to ensure compliance with chemical control laws for global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product regulatory activities to ensure compliance with chemical control laws for global markets.
- Develop and implement strategies/programs to ensure compliance with required chemical control laws.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide expert knowledge of chemical control regulations to the team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Toxicology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- More than 5 years of experience in a regulatory discipline or relevant industrial experience.
- Good knowledge/experience in chemical regulations such as GHS, CLP, REACH.
- Experience working in a role related to chemical regulatory compliance.
- Experience in hazard classification and labeling for a variety of chemicals.
- Knowledge and experience of regional REACH requirements.
- Experience with SDS software such as Almego (desirable).
- Proven track record in project management and a results-driven approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a global team environment.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively for both self and the organization.
