Senior Loan Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loan Administrator to join our team at Europe Arab Bank. As a key member of our Credit Administration department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of loans processing activities, including documentation review, risk participation coordination, and customer record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and process loan documentation, including facility agreements and credit approvals
- Coordinate loan risk participations between Europe Arab Bank and its subsidiaries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including account setup and fees/charges
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, facility agents, and payments teams to ensure seamless execution of loan processes
- Resolve issues independently and conduct investigations within agreed service level agreements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in loan administration or middle office operations in the banking industry
- Strong knowledge of Islamic finance principles and practices, particularly in Murabaha and Ijara structures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues
