Senior Loan Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loan Administrator to join our team at Europe Arab Bank. As a key member of our Credit Administration department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our loan operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage loan transactions, including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, interest and fee payments, in accordance with approved SLAs and tight deadlines.
- Review and verify loan documentation, including facility agreements, credit approvals, and legal sign-offs, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, facility agents, and payments teams to ensure seamless execution of loan processes.
- Coordinate loan risk participations between Europe Arab Bank's entities and external parties.
- Resolve issues independently and conduct investigations within agreed service level agreements to minimize financial and reputational risks.
- Collaborate with relationship directors to address commercial aspects and ensure effective loan management.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in loan administration or middle office operations in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation, including facility agreements and credit approvals.
- Experience in Islamic financing (Murabaha, Ijara, etc.) is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder.
