Role Overview
As the Head of Housekeeping Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces, are maintained to the highest standards. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all tasks.
- Lead and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, promoting a positive work environment and high standards of performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the quality of service expected by our guests.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet the established standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £38,000, plus performance-related bonuses.

- Please note that live-in accommodation is not available.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a housekeeping team, ensuring high standards and consistency in service delivery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, committed to fulfilling guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
