Job Title: Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Nights Only

We are seeking a skilled Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Cygnet Brunel in Bristol. As a Bank RMN, you will have the opportunity to work night shifts and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer prescribed medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and observations to inform care planning.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and improve the service.
  • Participate in training and continuing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
