Key Responsibilities- Provide project management support and cost control for the Kirkham's CAPEX project.
- Lead project management from concept to completion, including CEF creation and post-completion reviews.
- Develop and implement a robust process and control around project financials, including business cases and forecasting.
- Support the senior project team in implementing the engineering strategy and framework for designated projects.
- Manage materials, plant, and labor within allocated budget and resources, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient delivery of service.
- Ensure effective communication of systems, design information, procedures, and quality systems.
- Support project delivery teams, verifying work and providing technical support.
- Lead or support assurance on projects through audits and regular meetings, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
- Conduct post-completion reviews of major projects, including lessons learned.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Ability to control costs, timing, and quality in line with targets.
- Knowledge and understanding of food safety law and engineering food safety experience and formal training.
- Extensive technical knowledge of engineering and best practices.
- Understanding and sharing of project programs.
- Ability to manage teams, including supply chain, direct employees, contractors, and consultants.
- Experience in planning and programming of projects.
- Computer competence in MS Word, Excel, Document control system, Microsoft Project, and SAP.
