Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to patients, including assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.
- Working closely with qualified staff to deliver high-quality patient care and support.
- Conducting patient observations and reporting any concerns to senior staff.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good general education qualifications, including English and Maths at GCSE grade C or equivalent.
- IT literacy and ability to use electronic patient records.
- Previous experience working as a Band 2 Support Worker in a Place of Safety.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and provide emotional support to patients.
