Recruitment Branch Manager

Higher Success, a well-established recruitment agency based in Epsom, is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Branch Manager to lead our busy commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, ensuring the smooth operation of our temp and perm recruitment services, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent service to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, expand our client base, and improve our market share.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Proven experience in recruitment management, with a strong track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
