We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to lead our commercial team in Surrey. This is a full-time permanent position with a reputable staffing agency based in Epsom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy commercial team, comprising of admin, resourcing, and 360 consultants.
- Day-to-day line management and motivation of team members.
- Performance management and budgetary control.
- Client relationship management and face-to-face visits.
- Interviewing and selecting team members, with opportunities for growth.
- Ensuring the team has the necessary tools and resources.
Selling Points:
- A hot desk with a proven track record of billing £200,000.
- An existing performing team with good lengths of service.
- An admin team member handling compliance, time sheets, and recruitment admin.
- Ability to recruit across the UK.
- Access to top tools and job boards.
- Flexibility to work from home when needed.
- A caring and accommodating management team.
- A loyal customer base.
- A reputable brand to work with.
- A lively and fun team environment.
Package:
- Basic salary plus individual commission and team override.
- A realistic OTE of £80,000 based on current team billings.
- A resourcer earning £100 per placement, with the remaining fees retained by the manager.
- Inheritance of clients and temps book immediately, with eligibility for a percentage of team billings.
Requirements:
- Considerable recruitment experience.
- At least 2 years of management experience within a recruitment company or sales leadership experience in another environment.
- Experience in temp and perm hiring.
- Support for Principal Consultant level candidates looking to take a step up, with prior leadership experience.
