Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers, confidently communicating product knowledge and driving sales.
- Pick, load, and deliver products to customers via our fleet of vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
- Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations, including route planning, stock management, and maintaining branch standards.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, develop positive customer relationships, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business targets.
- Hands-on approach, with a commercial mindset and ability to drive sales and maximise margins.
- Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative.
- Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry-standard software.
- A full and valid driving license is essential, with a FLT license a distinct advantage.
- A competitive basic salary of £26,698 per year.
