Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales office, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and identifying sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and follow up on customer quotations
- Take ownership of resolving customer queries and ensuring successful problem resolution
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage back orders and ensure timely delivery
- Support the operational team with spare parts conversion and customer supply chain consolidation
- Provide basic technical support across product groups
- Manage incoming calls and perform general administrative duties
