Role OverviewIn this role, you will support the Facilities and H&S Manager in providing a high standard of reactive and planned maintenance service to building engineering systems and services in accordance with statutory requirements and safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out maintenance, fault finding, and repair on all building services, systems, and equipment as directed by the Facilities and H&S Manager.
- Ensure the uninterrupted and continuous supply of systems being maintained.
- Qualified to BS7671 17th Edition.
- Proven track record of electrical and mechanical engineering experience.
- IOSH qualified.
- Hold a valid counterbalance forklift license.
- General plumbing and mechanical skills.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package.
