Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and monitoring warranty reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Warranty Claim Management: Ensure timely and accurate submission of warranty claims to manufacturers and suppliers.
  2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the warranty department, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  3. Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service to dealership customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Warranty Policy Administration: Administer warranty policy in the best interests of the dealership, manufacturer, and customer.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and customer contributions towards goodwill claims.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless warranty administration and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Basic Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum.
  • Bonus: £5,000 per annum.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
