Key Responsibilities:
As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist at iQ, your role is pivotal in ensuring that our residents feel comfortable and at home. This involves performing minor repairs and engaging with students to positively impact their daily lives.
Your tasks may include reactive maintenance activities such as plumbing, carpentry, or painting.
