About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Planner to join our team at Eventus Legal. As a Junior Financial Planner, you will play a key role in supporting our senior financial planners in preparing financial reports, conducting research, and providing recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed financial plans and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct research on financial products, investment strategies, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Analyse client portfolios and provide recommendations based on findings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and financial data, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the financial planning team as needed, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • 1 year's experience in a paraplanning or financial planning role, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong desire to pursue a career in financial planning and attain relevant certifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of £29,000.00-£34,000.00 per year.
  • 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays), team bonus, and excellent company pension.
  • Income protection - 75% of salary, group life cover (death in service) - 4x salary, and study support.
