Meridian Business Support is seeking a Senior HR and Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing expert support and direction to the Senior Management Team and Managers regarding the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the HR and Finance Administrators on-site, ensuring the team operates efficiently to deliver HR and Finance processes accurately and punctually.
- Coordinate HR activities, including managing grievances, disciplinary actions, and absence management in accordance with company policies.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure timely completion of all HR functions, including payroll processing.
- Act as an effective communicator, addressing sensitive and emotional situations involving staff and management at all levels.
- Maintain a high pace of work while ensuring adherence to policies and best practices.
- Build strong relationships and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a corporate HR environment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Expertise in employment relations.
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
