Quality Director Domiciliary Care

Nurse Seekers is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our client, a well-established Home Care company based in Edinburgh. As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that high standards are met and maintained across the company, and that staff adhere to the SSSC code of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Suggest improvements to the service based on audits and provide training support where required
- Ensure that staff are supervised and managed effectively
Requirements:
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or a Nursing degree)
- Experience of supervision/management of other staff members
- Full and clean driving licence
