Key Responsibilities:- HR Policy Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and compliance.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs to help teams excel.
- Appraisal Writing: Lead the creation of structured appraisals and performance reviews, ensuring fair and consistent feedback processes.
