About the Role:

  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
  • Oversee medicine management and ensure compliance with company policies and legislation
  • Make informed decisions in a timely manner
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Support the development of others in line with the NMC Code

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of clinical practices
  • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively
  • Passion for delivering great care and supporting residents and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate awareness and understanding of relevant legislation and national care standards
