Your role will involve communication with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) both domestically and internationally, providing extensive assistance to the Operations Manager.
This includes scheduling client meetings, generating quotations, and managing projects, equipment, and logistics. Furthermore, you will address client inquiries and ensure that all machinery complies with industry testing and inspection standards.

This role is ideal for a well-organized and proactive individual with a robust understanding of the heavy transport and machinery relocation sector.
The perfect candidate will demonstrate excellent communication abilities, proficiency in project management software, and a strong awareness of health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the acquisition and installation of machinery for major corporate clients
- Communicate with both domestic and international OEMs
- Assist the Operations Manager with client meetings, quotations, and project coordination
- Respond to client inquiries via phone
- Engage with suppliers regarding machinery procurement and monitor timelines
- Ensure that Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) are established
- Verify that all equipment meets industry inspection criteria
Location: Middleton
Salary: £35k - £40k (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time (Mon-Fri)
