Compliance Specialist - Education Sector

CV Screen Ltd is seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance and provide administrative finance and HR support across three independent schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a focal point for compliance to ensure policies and procedures are up to date in line with the Policy Tracker.
  • Coordinate all residential activity compliance aspects of trips.
  • Coordinate with club providers on a daily basis during term time, including checking risk assessments from staff.
  • Provide administrative support for the production of forms and surveys.
  • Support the administration of policies on an ongoing basis to ensure policies are in place and up to date.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of termly invoices.
  • Assist with Direct Debit mandates.
  • Plan and conduct the induction process for all new Trust staff and ensure that all necessary paperwork is collected and handed to the HR department.
  • Lead on organising staff events, such as the Christmas party.
Requirements:
  • Enhanced DBS required.
  • Up to £40,000 per annum DOE.
  • Snacks and lunch provided.
  • 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.
